Partnership and Corporation Accounting

This course provides an in-depth study of accounting principles as they apply to partnerships and corporations. Students will explore the formation, operation, dissolution, and liquidation of partnerships, as well as the unique aspects of corporate accounting, including stockholder equity transactions, issuance of shares, retained earnings, OCI, dividends, subscriptions and delinquency, preference shares, treasury shares, recapitalization, and quasi-reorganization.
